Legal representatives’ team takes legal action against Lloyd’s over case rejection
The biggest organization of complainants’ legal representatives in the United States is suing its insurance provider.
The American Organization for Justice is filing a claim against Lloyd’s of London for rejecting a $1 million insurance coverage case after the organization’s 2020 yearly seminar was terminated because of the COVID-19 break out, according to a Reuters record. The legal action was submitted in government court Monday.
Lloyd’s has not substantively reacted to the organization’s claims. Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders, the insurance provider’s law practice, did not reply to an ask for remark, Reuters reported.
